We understand that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items purchased within 30 days, returned in their original condition (unworn, unlaundered, unembellished, in new condition). If items are purchased as a set (i.e. Training pants and jackets), it must be returned as a set. Please try on items in a clean, indoor area in case you need to return them.
* Please note any decorated products cannot be exchanged once shipped. Please verify the sizing and style you select prior to placing the final order.

Items purchased in the online store can be cancelled if they have not been shipped yet, however if order has already shipped, you will need to return the item.
Unfortunately club orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed. Please ensure that you have chosen the correct items/ colors/ sizes on your order, to avoid any issues when the order arrives to you. If you did order the wrong product by mistake, you may be able to return the product but will need to contact our Customer Service Department for further information. On a related note, orders cannot be edited after they have been placed. This includes any edits to color of product, size, delivery address, etc.
Any personalized items cannot be returned.
